By accessing this website and placing an order with Fountain Of Fins, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Orders are confirmed only after an advance payment via bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery. Failure to complete payment may result in refusal of future orders.

Delivery is completed within 1–3 working days depending on location. Customers must be available at the agreed time to receive the order.

All fish are checked and packed carefully before dispatch. Once the fish is delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer. Customers must ensure proper tank conditions including water quality, temperature, and acclimation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion without prior notice.
