By accessing or using Fountain Of Fins, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

We provide a 24-hour Live Arrival Guarantee on most livestock. Proper acclimation procedures must be followed, and photographic evidence is required within 2 hours of delivery for any claims.

Shipping is handled via specialized aquatic couriers. While we take every precaution, Fountain Of Fins is not liable for carrier delays beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is present to receive livestock.

Due to the delicate nature of aquatic life, we do not accept returns on livestock. For dry goods, returns are accepted within 7 days in original, unopened packaging.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account details. Misuse of our platform may result in account suspension.
