Refund & Return Policy

At Fountain Of Fins, we take great care in delivering healthy live ornamental fish. Due to the sensitive nature of live fish shipping, the following strict refund and replacement policy applies.

1. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

Claims are only valid if reported within 2 hours of delivery. Customers must provide clear video evidence (unopened bag) showing the dead fish. Photos alone may not be accepted.

2. Important Conditions

No claims will be accepted after the 2-hour window. No refunds if the fish was removed from the bag before recording. No refunds for deaths caused by improper acclimation or tank conditions.

3. Resolution Process

Approved claims will be resolved via replacement (preferred) or refund via bank transfer, depending on availability and case review.

4. No Returns Policy

We do NOT accept returns of live fish under any circumstances due to the sensitive nature of ornamental fish shipping.
