1. Delivery Timeline

Delivery is arranged within 1–3 working days after order confirmation. Orders are processed only after receiving the advance payment.

Customers must be present to receive the order. If the customer is unavailable, the order may be canceled without refund of the advance payment.

Fish are packed using industry-standard methods to ensure safe transport. Any issues must be reported immediately upon receiving the package.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, or courier service issues.
